Update - thanks for the reply but no email address to respond to?Waiting over a week for a small parcel. Phoned them and they lost track of my parcel. Promise to phone back but never does. Unprofessional and their rating says it all.

Poor on punctuality and communication. I called into company on Thursday to check on package and I was told that it would be delivered the Friday or Saturday. Saturday morning I call in to confirm time of delivery, the guy on line says that he can't give an exact time but he will call me when he's on his way to my place. No call and no delivery and I wasted my Saturday

Please see this 5 star rating to your warehouse for the quickness and willingness to assist. Iwouldnt rate the office at all. The feedback on deliveries that should take place is shocking. And truth be told - i collected a parcel this morning with awesome service. Just to be told that the other parcel never left JHB Wednesday as promised. And this was not the first time. If it cant be DONE then its the office responsibilty to assure that your clients know this. So please see this rating for your dispatch people. NOT THE OFFICE

Terrible service!!! The dishonesty.. From Mzi to Bongani.. I've just been given empty promises.. 17 days I'm waiting for a small local package... Unbelievable, after so many companies have closed down during lock down, you still get companies like this that treat paying customers like they are doing them a favour. No accountability or integrity.

Unreliable and unprofessional. They are a day late after confirming a delivery date. They feel it is okay since other clients don't complain when they are late. No communication (email, phone calls or SMSs) to give any indication of when the delivery will happen. Don't use them. They cannot give an indication whether the delivery would be AM or PM. They don't know till when deliveries are done in the afternoon. I had important meetings which I had to postpone and then postpone again. I know it may be a difficult concept for for some people time is important.

1st time using DCB logistics, and surely will not use them again. Parcel was scheduled for delivery today, no parcel arrived after several phone calls. This is not on.

UNETHICAL!UNPROFESSIONAL!So i had 2 guys from DCB collecting parcels today. I was on a call and Shane keeps banging on my glass door yelling It's Friday

If I could give 0 stars I would. Apparently this courier company tried to deliver my parcel last week Wednesday the 28th September 2022 and I work remotely so I wouldn’t have missed the delivery but apparently they were here. Then I phoned on Friday the 30th September to find out where my parcel is and one of the night shift staff confirm my parcel is there and he will put a note for them to urgently deliver on Monday 3rd October and I requested that they hoot when they arrive at my place so I don’t miss it again. No one came and when I called I spoke to a different guy and he confirmed the parcel will be delivered today 4th October by 12pm latest. They did not deliver and now it states on the website that they will re-attempt to deliver but I know for a fact no one was here because I was home all day and literally sat and waited for my parcel. So now it’s going on 9 days since I placed the order and still nothing.This is so ridiculous and unprofessional and I hope I never have to deal with this courier company ever again.
