Diabolical service! Ordered 4 plates only to be told they 'cant tell me when they would be ready'. Eventually they said 3pm on Friday (dropped off Wed morning). Fri 3pm the job was not done - told me to come back 11am on Sat.I went there only on Monday, only to be told 'what job?' The receptionist stormed off and said she cant even find the job card & details - then just ignored me. I found the owner outside, who was equally inefficient and didn't care!Rude, obnoxious and totally unprofessional - I haven't a clue how they are in business!

Got to the establishment to make one number plate. A normal number plate. Guy at rhe counter takes the details to the back. I am waiting going on for 30min. Customers walk in after me with and get their plates before me. The guy comes to me and asks me for my details again.This is incompetent and uneducated behavior and performance from a business of this nature.In my view a grade 1 learner can run a business better than the individuals that were present behind the counter.
