Bad workmanship. Inferior quality materials. Refusing to refund my money for a badly-made table. Appalling.I ordered a solid oak, cross-legged table from Timber Decor furniture after I found their advert on Gumtree.They assured me they had the necessary expertise to make the table. I paid a 50% upfront deposit.I wasn’t at home when they delivered the table. They insisted that I pay the 50% balance still due before I got home and had seen the table. Luckily, I insisted on first seeing the table.I was horrified. The workmanship was atrocious. They used flimsy pine wood on the underside of the solid oak table! The joinery work on the extension pieces were very badly made. Ill-fitting, loose and sagging towards the end. They would obviously break off if any weight was put on it! The table was very, very badly made.I refused the pay the balance and insisted they come fetch the table and refund my deposit. They then replaced the pine with oak and said they would sort out the rest of the problems after Easter (the extension pieces hang at a slope of 20mm for every 500mm - it looks terrible) on condition that I pay the balance.It is now six weeks later. They refuse to fix the defects or to refund my money. UNACCEPTABLE.

Excellent service, quality and prices! Support this business... They will do any custom work as well. I had a wingback chair that I wanted to turn into a rocking chair for my nursery and Quintin assisted me in making this dream become a reality... And at a very affordable price! I highly recommend Out Of The Box Furniture!

Previous bad review is for a different business entirely!? Ordered a custom bed from Out of the Box in BlackWood. We're very happy with the end result, certainly well made, cost also very good. Found Donovan communicative and good for his word.
