I've been a member for the last two weeks and I love the place. Good machines and helpful sales team - not sure if what's you call them. They are very helpful. Dylan is such a sport, helped me on my first day and gave me a well needed tour. As for the front desk team that's , DISGUSTING behavior.As a former receptionist myself, they have a level of disrespect that's enough to make me want to cancel my membership. Do better in training your FOH!

I go to this gym at the moment and I would not recommend it.The facility: it is actually ok given that the gym is inside a mall. They have most of the equipments, a 100 meter running track, a pool, some classes, and a few extras. I would give 3.8 stars for the facility alone.Staff: great staff, they are very friendly, informative, and I would give them alone 5 stars, there is a lady there named Noni, she is great and even though I have many regrets about the gym, I can confidently say that she is the best amongst the staff. The manager is pretty ok too.Ambiance: nice people, it can get crowded during peak hours, when there is power outages (2 to 4 times a day) the gym equipment do not work, and that is including the vents and the AC units, which in turn leaves the gym with really bad odor. I personally have to leave the gym since I can’t use the cardio machines anyways. Planet fitness don’t do anything about that by the way, and for that I give them 0 stars.Payment: they have low and high prices, I pay 998 Rands monthly. I would not complain if it was worth it. Since I am not able to use the gym when I am available because of the loading, I feel like Iam throwing away my hard earned money, In addiction, planet fitness many times say that my debit orders return and they make me pay with fees sometimes I just prefer to pay 3 months in advance to avoid that, and still it is not worth it. Be aware of some of the charges they will impose on your account too, I have had that happen a few times. For the payment and amount paid not being worth the trouble I give them 0 starsService: I definitely give 0 stars when it comes to how well they want to help their members. I had a situation where I personally paid my account however the card machine switched off, money was taken out of my account, and they said that they did not have my money, so I paid again, knowing that I would have my money back. Long story short, it took them 2 months to fix this issue, they never gave me back the time they blocked me from using their facility, and they kept saying that they did not have my money even though I sent them my bank statement that showed that they have my money, and worse of all they blocked me from using their services even though I did not owe them anything, they kept accumulating my bills even though they knew I clearly was blocked from using the gym. With that being written, planned fitness will always accumulate your monthly charges even if they know they have stopped your services fairly or unfairly and they won’t pay you back for the time they unfairly banned you from using the gym. I would not recommend them even to my worse enemy.Cancelation: depending on your contract they will require you to give 2 to 4 months notice before you cancel their services. If you cancel before, they will charge you 1400 Rands depending on who is speaking to you when you call. They are soo bad that I would advise to always contact them by email so you can have records of the conversations. And do ask them for a written confirmation of the cancellation making sure that they will not keep charging you after it, I am telling you, they will make you sick with the problems they will find for you on your account.I will be going to a different gym as soon as my notice to leave is past the time they have required, I am praying that I can just leave peacefully without further charge and headaches. In the meanwhile, if you love yourself or if you are looking for a peaceful gym to go to, I advise you to stay away from any planet fitness even if the staff members are the best and very convincing. The problem is not necessarily the location, but their service at the headquarters, the customer service. Do stay away.

Great gym, and top notch gym equipment especially with their latest revamp. However, it is extremely hot within the gym. I would have appreciated aircon being one of their priorities after the recent revamp. They have a few fans inside but a fan can only do so much. Please make aircon a priority

WOW. Best one so far, the equipment is so new still and you can see the people there take pride in their equipment. The place is also always clean and nice receptionists

The gym stewards need to spend time at the various circuits and apparatus to assist/ instruct people who don’t know how to use equipment.On the super circuit people sit on their phones and don’t Follow the time clock, so is very frustrating. On the run track people don’t stick to their lanes if they walk for example..All it takes is for the gummy PERSONEL to assist all people, so is fun for all.

PF Bedfordview has been renovated and upgraded, its looking great and the equipment has been updated, doesn't get 5 stars because they play their music way toowoomba loud, and despite many complaints nothing gets done about it.

This Planet Fitness signature in Bedford centre should be rebranded Planet fitness sauna". I have complained about the ventilation and air supply in this gym for over a YEAR. I was told the aircon would be running so much that it would be "so cold". I was also told that the gym was getting industrial sized fans at the end of last year. It has all been a lie.This place is a joke and unbearable place to gym. Don't ever sign up. Go to Virgin."

So kids can gym for free until they are 18....however when you sign up they don't tell you the t's and c's that apply to this-kids can't use much of the equipment....as one of the Supervisors pointed out after 5months of us being there....Kids area has a TV...not much for them to do....had I known I would leave my child home to watch TV. Whilst there a few days before 3 gym bunnies were allowed to fight and argue in the middle of the gym....non of the staff did anything or told them to leave....Was at Virgin Active pre-covid and we're canceling to go back!!!

Was super happy with the service I received from Dyillin Jacobs until he neglected me after sealing the deal. He tirelessly helped me before signing the contract he was quick and efficient. When I closed the deal and signed the contract , Dyilin got scarce and was no longer as efficient. Sent him a message as he only got back to me after weeks.

I enquired about pricing, instead of sending me the rates for the gym they tried to start their sales pitch. I wanted to let it go but instead of giving me the information they were passive aggressive. Basically lost out on a membership from me that would have cost zero work.
