You know when you go to a place that deals with people, i really wish they could be Nicer and have compassion for the applicants that come there. The security Lady Sis-Mpho is actually sweet and kind. But the lady there that press that keyboard is rude like you came to ask her for a favour at her house.

The most terrible service ever I have been trying to assist my sister I getting her certificate she went there numerous times and got turned back this after she did finger prints and everything each time they say she must check in the app but it's still not on the system imagine going there more than 10 times to be turned back I wonder where they think unemployed youth get taxifare from to waste their time to travel for nothing I'm disgusted by the service

For a private entity it's like going to home affairs with the long long lines and only 1 person working by the counter when there is 4 or 5 counters

Terrible service here. No disinfectant upon arrival,considering the amount of people coming here, they have zero hygiene control for visitors. I had an appointment to see a consultant, and was not. They refuse to certify ID Copies,and yet they have inspectors that are legally able to do so. The cashier can not take payments as she does not have a password. This experience left a lot to be desired from such a vast organization.

The offices should hire more stuff workers to cope with the flow of people that visit the office. The chairs need to be fixed as people tends to stand for long time. With regards to the cameras the office needs to purchase foto screens for background to prevent having to ask people to move away from their chairs as it is a regular thing.

I was assisting my neighbor to change her password & to provide a change of her email address. The website worked well initially but we couldn't complete the process as it didn't work out eventually. I advised her to phone or visit their local branch.
