I took a ring in for repairs and they keep promising to call when it's ready. But I have to phone them as they never call me. Was supposed to be ready for collection last week. Still waiting for a phone call ....

I ordered a piece to be made for my wife. I was so surprised to see that the finnished product is better than we planned. The customer service is excellent and I was always kept in the loop. They catered as much as they could with all the planning in the design and materials and my wife and I are just so happy. I recomed this store to anybody. We're definitely sticking to Grace Jewellers

I had an outstanding experience with Grace Jewellers. I left a ring with them I got from my parents for my 21st.It was worn, scratched and split where it had previously been resized. They said it would take up to 4 weeks. I got a phone call after they had it for 2 weeks, it was ready for collection. They have done THE most superb job! It looks exactly how it looked 15 years ago when I first got it! It is brand new again! Thank you from the bottom of my heart! I will be back!

They don't come back to you when your repairs have arrived and it takes forever to be done. I've always had to follow up and chase the matter. I've used them twice for repairs and both times I have experienced this problem. Then when I go to collect I had to return 3 times because the first 2 times there was a note on the door saying back in 30 minutes". How do I know what time they left... They could have left 2 minutes ago or 25 minutes ago! I don't have the luxury of waiting around! If going on lunch
