Bought a few rib-eyes recently and they were just fantastic! Tender, juicy and flavorful. Oh and the butcher was helpful too!

Such good quality meat is hard to come by, and if what you are looking for are not on the shelves, you can ask for at the back and they will immediately get it for you. Fast and friendly. Big store & clean surroundings, nice shopping experience. Even during Covid the service stayed at a high quality. Awesome treats on a Saturday, try the boerewors rolls!!!

The quality of their products are indisputable. However, our experience at Hokaai Faerie Glen went so much further. We had a primary school event, in which we urgently needed small change. Without explanation or having to wait, the owner, Michael himself, came toward my father and assisted with a smile, absolute kindness and understanding. Nothing needed to 'be purchased first'.This is something which might seem small but is so crucial, so fundamental to close-knit and involved communities, that have gone lost somewhere along the way. And we would like to thank Michael and the Team at Hokaai Faerie Glen for this kindness- small as it may be, the impact left, is nothing short of significant and has taught a far greater lesson to our young-ones. The gift and respect for community and supporting each other.

I was so impressed with the service we received from the staff onsite. Even with the service from the manager. I just phoned and they got everything ready - 10 minutes later I arrived, was helped and after some quick browsing, I was on my way again.I'll definitely go back - often!
