Absolutely no issue with the staff, however if you want to get a watch repaired within a few weeks rather not.Still waiting over 2 months for mine.

They might be watch specialists" but strangely they can't keep track of time. Or perhaps they are so special that somehow the mall hours do not apply to them. Either way

I have visited this shop 4 times to have watches repaired on each occasion they have bee incapable of helping me. Don't call yourself a watch specialist if all you can do is change a battery. The final attempt to get my G shock watch battery replaced was also a wasted trip. They wanted to send my watch to Cape Town where it was going to take between 6 to 12 weeks to be fixed. I could send it around the world with Phileas Fogg and get it back sooner.

I took my watch to Time Watch Specialists" for a battery change and service 3 months ago and haven't received it back yet. Very unfriendly staff with a bad attitude! They told me that they will return my watch unrepaired! Maybe Tissot is too specialised for them!"

Little small shop with friendly personnel and lot of watches to choose from.I took few of my watches for batteries replacement. The work done was good and prices were all reasonable. Recommended

Absolutely appalling service. I walked into the store earlier today, looking for a few new watches for my friends.As I walked in I greeted the ladies at the counter, to which I was ignored. I spent a good 10 minutes looking at the watches, still receiving no help, or even an offer there of.Although it may be subtle, they didn't realize that I was wearing an Omega on my left arm. This is something that the high-end stores would have noticed immediately.Time Watch Specialists should really up their game if they want to grow in this ever competitive market. This being said, they will definitely not recieve any business from my side in the future.

I bought a watch online, from a well-known source, and a month later the battery went flat. I was told to take it to Kenilworth to have the battery replaced. This was after almost a month later, I said I live in Somerset West. I also requested a leather strap to fit the watch, as I am allergic to the metal strap. I was told to take the watch to the TIME WATCH SPECIALISTS - Somerset Mall, and the battery would be replaced free of charge, this according to a sales person, and to look at the leather straps.The Time Watch Specialists had not been notified of this arrangement, and they did not have a leather strap to fit the watch. (I enquired from the store where I bought the watch, and they said they would check their stock) Still waiting. The Watch Specialists then changed the battery, and said no charge. Thank you so much Time Watch Specialists.

I don't have enough words to describe how grateful I am for the service I got from jasmine and Sharon, I have never experienced professionalism in this specific field of work. I will highly recommend everyone to have the same experience. Happy customer.
