Appalling inefficiency and ineptitude. Since water is a basic human need and Lesotho feels endowed enough to even ship it out to South Africa, perhaps the new government could do the residents of this country a favour and make sure their basic water needs are met first. The entire parastatal needs to be performance reviewed and all the incompetent people removed.

Worst department or whatever it is. Dirty water is their thing. So disgusting. What a terrible service for such important thing(water) or they don't know the value of water. I am so mad.They don't care for Lesotho people.
