Koos & Mike firstly, well done with a great dealership. The property and gardens are beautifully maintained. The vehicles are in outstanding condition. Day light Robbery!This has been by far the worst experience ever buying a car from Koos and Mike used cars.I was called all the time and responded to all the time before I bought a car,after I bought a car I was ignored by Marius. I was promised a full tank of fuel on delivery when discussed on purchasing the car,then on delivery I was told that I would only get a full tank of fuel if I give good review on Hello Peter, this was told to Marius from his uncle Koos.The dealership then added 10k extra on the vehicle to service the vehicle and sort out scratches on the mags and bumps on the body which i received a total costing 9.5k, yet the car still came with a scratches on the mags, part of the grill falling, missing floor mat. I believe in my opinion that this is robbery, I had to even pay for the valet, you can’t make a client pay for all of this,it's robbery. I even asked for my number plates and no reply, please becareful when buying a car from Koos and Mike. This is the worst experience that I've had buying a car. Please don't be mislead.And to add to this I paid for the buckledrims to be fixed but this was never done and the tyres are expired, there's also a bubble on the tyre which could have caused major injury, if they can lie about this what about the cam belt and rollers which I also paid extra for.

Prices on the vehicles are misleading, saes person were not ale to assist in giving us a straight forward price.

I'm really Disappointed. The Trade inn went well and easy. but after you take the car they refuse to take responsibility for the car. to be exact, 51 days after purchasing a car from them the car brock down and they just say its not there problem. its costing me a fortune and a lot of time.. (it was even a quite expensive car)Other dealers does not treat there client like this, I will NEVER support Koos & Mike ever again. Please be carful if you consider this dealer

My son bought a vehicle from Koos and Mike. They charged him for licensing fees etc. A week and a half later they deliver the vehicle, him thinking this has been done. So first stop by an officer who tells him there is an existing fine on the vehicle, he phones leon who says he will come back to him. he didnt. Second time he get stops by traffic officer to be given a R800 fine for not being licensed. So again many excused from Leon and then the manager Leandre to be told they will not be liable for the fine. They are blaming my son. Not right at all, they are wrong, but anyway lesson learnt, will never recommend them, nor go back there.. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

The cars are cheap and clean, they sell from low to luxury cars, the only problem the prize advertised is not what it is there are extra charges to be added on, when trading your vehicle they not fair on giving it the best satisfaction price.

My first experience in purchasing a car @ Koos & Mike. I was really impressed with their business ethics, excellent service, friendly helpful staff. They sincerely helped me in my personal situation, thank you for all your efforts in ensuring my indepence. Definitely recommend them, by far the best.

If there was a 0 star I would have given that. I purchased a car in January from Koos and Mike and wished to purchase a second car from them I have tried for days continuously through various channels to get the sale through , Jaco (the salesman) did not bother to respond to me. After days of trying to buy the car which I was told is available , all of a sudden its sold. Disgusting service , lies and been kept in limbo becoz they simply did not want to sell the car to me. Doesn't even have the respect for clients to let you know what is happening. Just another shady car dealer , prides themselves on client service which clearly is only to whomever they feel they need to give it to. Never again will I deal with people who treat clients like this.

It has been an amazing experience working with everyone from Koos & Mike! Koos, Oom Ernie, Nadine, Christiaan, Leandri... the customer service from them is top class -- they communicate constantly and keep you in the loop about developments; no negativity whatsoever. The car as well is fantastic, in good condition, everything as it should be. It was delivered to me 400+ km away in Polokwane and I was very happy with the way they handled everything. I feel like buying another car from them NOW haha!!! Terrific experience! Keep it up.
