Very expensive, charged weekend rates on a Thursday afternoon before Easter weekend. The locksmith was sent to the wrong address so waited about 45 min for them. Still waiting to hear about a refund for the call out fee. Just ridiculously expensive. Sent a message via whatsapp on their site, goes thru to someone living in Portugal.

Was bad. Locksmith guy harassed my clients. Affected my business badly as I ended up loosing my clients as they were scared. He so the payment as I showed him when I was doing the transaction. Latter came back to harass my clients.

Technician was a pleasure, great guy and good workmanship - however 1 star because they are a rip-off - prices are insane, and i will not use their servicess again because of cost. They need to be aware of this if they are to get referrals.

What an amazing service. I was kept informed all the way about process and quotes. The gentleman came in the dead of the night to assist me to enter my house and promptly replaced my locks. I would use the team anyone highly recommend.

It's been a month of waiting for them to come replace a lock that started malfunctioning after I used their emergency services to gain access to my home. It's unbelievable how poor the service I'm getting is, with the employee continually giving excuses and not showing up multiple times after I stayed home to wait. And all this after paying an exorbitant fee for them to just break my locks. Would not recommend, look elsewhere for quality service.
