For a business that boasts such superior workmanship, I found it to be incredibly unprofessional and the quality of their work very average. I had to return to the shop 3 times to pick up my shoes- either because they had not been done, or because what had been done was very messy and incomplete (Nitesh, the owner, does not check the work, and is very nonchalant about it all). They are expensive, and for a very similar price I could have just bought a new pair of boots. I definitely would not recommend.

Exceptional service at an affordable rate!My saxophone case which I've had for more than 15 years was on its last legs - the zip had come off the case, the side pocket had a gaping hole in it. Nobody in Johannesburg wanted to touch it. Nilesh looked at it - gave me a price and told me it would be ready in a week. I'm incredibly satisfied with the result and after his work have an almost brand new case which I hope to use for another 15 years.Thank you and keep up the great work.

I cannot give Ratanjees shoe repairs a high enough rating. I was greeted with smile and attended to immediately. I brought in a suitcase to be repaired. I was pressed for time. This was no problem for them. A very warm and friendly Nelish searched for a replacement part and completed the repair in record time. I'll definitely be back.
