Simply Asia Paarl use to be the BEST simply Asia in the western cape. After going through a recent change of ownership, it's very sad to say that I would not go back (after 2 attempts since new ownership).The staff appeared very unprofessional, they acted very unprofessional and the manager was not helpful at all. Keep in mind we were only 3 tables occupied at that time. The tables of customers who left was never even cleaned in the 2 hours we sat there.We waited 40min for 2 glasses of water, one hour for 4 portions of Sushi and one noodle bowl. When we finally received the food, they had the Sushi order wrong. (Had to stand up and go look for soya sauce and a bowl too) After receiving the wrong Sushi 3 times in a row (I mean how hard can it be to bring me what I ordered it's on your menu???) We just decided to pay and leave.Beyond disappointed and will not go back, I'd rather drive all the way to Durbanville next time I crave Simply Asia.

Very nice staff. They understand the menu very good and if you are there try 514 or 622 very nice and tasteful. Inside is nice but I've always preferred the small seating area outside.You can also enjoy this with orderin app.

I got take-aways. They refused to check that all the food was in the packet, and half of it was missing. When I phoned, they made me come back, gave me food that was 1.5 hours old, and changed their story twice (which means that out of the 3 stories they told, at least two are lies) and then refused to refund me for the food that I had to throw away, and didn't even give me one of the missing dishes. Again, they refused to refund, even though they admitted that the mistakes were theirs, not mine. Stay away, you have been warned.

Food is amazing, loved the creamy peanut curry and the tom yum soup! Service was very slow but they were very busy with dine-in and take-out orders would advise ordering well in advanceCant wait to go back again though
