Had 2 shocking experiences with them would never use again or recommend them. They are only money hungry and not interested in the customer/patient.Never use them

FIRSTLY YOU DONT DESERVE A RATING.YOUR SUSAN GOVENDER SHOWS NO SKILL AND CARE IN ADDRESSING YOUR PATIENTS AS TO WHY MEDICAL AID HAS NOT PAID THE ACCOUNTS.HER ATTITUDE IS REALLY HORRIBLE.IF SHE NEEDS TRAINING SEND HER TO WOOLWORTHS AND THEY WILL TRAIN HER IN SHOWING SKILL AND CARE.

Really long Wait times

Most shocking service received, they work on an appointment system. Unfortunately there time management is not the greatest. Waiting for an hour from my scheduled appointment.

I visited Lake, Smit and Partners twice over the past two days with my mum who is being treated at the Hyperbaric oxygen center on the lower level of St Augstine Hospital. Yesterday we had a X Ray done, which went well, friendly staff, quick service. The only downside was that a few of them did not even know that there is a Hyperbaric Oxygen Treatment Center located within the same hospital. So they were unsure as to where to email the reports too! Day two, I vististed them to collect the hard copies of the X rays and reports, I waited 45 minutes for this. They seem to disorganized, only one person was attending to a full room if patients. Other employees just walked around with bits of paper in the hands trying to look busy. This single attendant was trying to do so much at once... They end result was just poor service to frustrated waiting patients. It sad that ones service level can change to drastically. Day 1 was we were new clients. Medical aid paying, great service. Day 2, they got my money now we can wait. So that they can attend to new clients and make more money. I am disappointed with their service. Next time I rather used one of their oppositions.

Had two bad experiences with them. Disgraceful. It appears they’re all about money. Wouldn’t recommend them ever!

Terrible admin and arrogant customer relations. Likely due to understaffing, but still unacceptable. This is not the first time such poor interaction was observed. I will not recommend their services as a result of this.I suggest patients seek other service providers.

This Xray Department has the worst admin staff .. They are rude and disrespectful.. Considering the price you pay, the service is appalling ..I would never visit this unit again..
