POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE !!! This will be my first and last time using their service. Took them 1 month just to start sending my parcel. Thats not including delivery time which make it total of almost 2 month. Avoid this one!

Poor customer service. I know i made a mistake because I thought all PrEP are just the same so I accidentally click on Descovy instead of the one on my prescription. I didn’t realise that after i paid (order #70817 and after I received an email from them asking for my prescription. One guy requested me to cancel it and just order again. And i did! After that, no more response from them AT ALL! this is my first time to order from them and my A$113.15 is gone and for sure THIS WILL BE THE LAST! God bless y’all
