If a company strives to give the worst service, and that is what you are looking for, please use them, after 2 days and 6 promises, I still have not received my parcel.

DSV went out of their way to assist us with an after hours parcel. They were so professional and helpful and tried everything to get our needs met and the parcel arrived at its destination early the next day. Well done DSV!

DSV were tasked to deliver my NATIS certificate from Wesbank. Not only did I not receive any notification of impending delivery, the certificate was returned to Wesbank who want me to pay again for the re-attempted delivery.When I called DSV customer service to complain about their service... I get told someone will call me back... and guess what... still waiting.Really pathetic service.
