Dedication hard work and a single most amazing guy running he place. Mr Isaacs has been Mister Southafrica numerous times and keeps to his workout even in his slightly advances age. He is full of wisdom when it comes to bodybuilding and working out! Head over have a look and fall in love with the aesthetic of this old school gym

It's great training there, some people help each other with their training techniques. Mask are important and sanitizing as well.
