I'm so disgusted by this store in vangate they don't answer the phone I called a other store they answered I asked if I could exchange my item they said yes when I came to the store the assistant said it was not possible I would highly recommend people not to buy anything from the truworths store in vangate they the pits I've wasted petrol time and money just because of stupid shop assistance the item I wanted to exchange was perfume that was not opened

The most disgusting customer service ever, I tried calling the store the fone rings continuously. They never answer. I've bought a fone at the store had it for two months then the fone went off and didn't go on again I gave it in to be repaired. I had to wait 2months then got it back in the same condition (broken) sent it back again waited another 2months and got it back broken again I'm on the 6th month waiting on my fone and I'm really frustrated.

Lovely girls assisted me on a sunday .. the store needs to be more aware of the people stealing as there was 2 shoplifters in the store and stole items while I was in the store. This is worrying as they could have stolen my personal belongings too.. be more vigilant!
