The service is really poor... my case is from 2018...when I enquire at vereeniging office the receptionist will say I didn't make an appointment... then you make an appointment but nothing will happen... even if you see the lawyer helping you, you cannot talk to her for updates..

My only contact with them has been telephonic and it was very poor. They do not have a very professional front desk setup. Their follow up on the promises they made is non-existent.

When we arrived, the receptionist was standing and on the phone. The door was closed and the receptionist talked to us while we we're outside. When I asked questions, her voice was raised and not friendly. Was hurt.
