We have never submitted a claim in all the time we were insured with them .This was our first claim in 2 years. Our gate motor got stolen on the 20th of June. The house is empty and we do not have tenants in. I stay at the house during the week.Integrisure says that we are not covered for malicious damage because we had tenants in the house (Which we did not). Now they do not want to pay out the claim.Integrisure also took longer than a week to get back to us. We had to call the whole time to find out what is going on.We have a valid claim and they are finding all sorts of bogus loopholes in order not to pay out for the claim.Lesson learnt is to rather stick with a BIG insurer like Outsurance.

Used to be fantastic. As of 2023 feedback relating to claims is non existent. No response to emails, requests for call backs. Do not recommend

Been with Integrisure since 2013.They have attended to my every request professionally and paid out any claims that has come up without fail and a full blown interrogation.Integrisure are more than willing to review my premiums if asked and has reduced it on multiple occasions as they value their customers.Thank you Integrisure.

I am in the process of claiming from IntegriSure for the 2nd time, the 1st time was hassle free and my car was sorted in no time. I'm hoping I get the same experience this time around after an intruder stole some of our house items. So far so good, I called to claim this morning and Martie was ever so helpful, the assessor just called and will be meeting with me soon. Crossing fingers!!

My issue is not with the company itself but rather a certain employee, after receiving an annual review letter for my mum, I contacted Integrisure to have a look at my mother policy as she doesn't claim and is a pensioner. I asked the questions how could the policy go up so much I would hate to go through all the hassle to move this policy elsewhere. Rufus Alaxander assisted me I had to call this guy +- 6 times, he doesn't return calls and is just plain bad at his job. Some of his team mates had to assist me cause he doesn't follow up and after waiting two weeks I refuse to deal with someone so incompetent and rude. What happened to the great service we use to get from Integrisure, Jacques use to be such a great help when calling in for assistance but this chap Rufus is a no go. I cannot see how it took two weeks for this guy to get other quotes and to get back to me. Management needs to have a serious look at how this guy treats customers.

Used to be service excellence, but it seems there services is going down the drain, they don't respond to your quarries and force you in excepting their suppliers to replacing goods. They are in Gauteng while you are in western cape. What happened to your choice as customer. Insurance should be peace of mind.it seems they force you to make use of the ombudsman and that's not the way you want to go.

I had no problem with the staff of the company. They are very friendly and accommodative. Ive registered and forwarded required documents for a claim. They responded swiftly and claims money was paid in without any hassles. I definitely recommended the company to my friends and family. Keep up the good work. God bless.
