It's the second time I brought alcohol there and in both times the alcohol tasted completely different from the product am used too. And management refused to take ownership of the products that they are selling to the customers. Highly disappointed in the way they handled the matter

Pretty small and lovely limited stock and fully packed,.. but i congratulate pick and pay for trying and bringing groceries stores to the people this is a local store for old age who cannot walk or travel long distance and avoidong using taxes and long queue at town and also crime ,.. this will help also those who can but need basic stuff why go far while it came to you ,.. i will give credit for understanding that atleast pick and pay is trying ,.. thank you management for coming with such ideas,.. we need more of local businesses and brilliant ideas,..

Bad attitude and service towards customers

Zero star ratings, the cashiers are rude, they don't want to assist with withdrawal, I couldn't get help for R350 at 16h30 and the que was long. This place has rude employees

zero star rating, very rude staff, I sent my nephew to change a 2kg chicken portions for a 5kg as he made a mistake when shopping. He was told that the chicken can not be exchanged because we had infected it with Covid-19 they even gave him an adittional 2kg without my consent mind you I even wrote my cellphone number on the back of the slip should there be any queries but no one called me. To think that we trust them with our lives and how sure are we that they do not have the virus,who packs out the grocieries for them? I had to personally go to the store and return them, very unprofessional no apology nothing. If they are so afraid of the virus then why don't they close the store. My rights have never been this violated in my life before.

Owned by a young lady passionate about people and kind.. The staff is hardworking and helpful.. Provided me with quality of the best shop in the area.. Convenience at its best

A family convenient Mini retail. My concern is their Butchery dpt. Hygiene wise they need to be more Careful.
