SCAM! Absolute horrendous service, they are daylight robbers and I wouldn’t recommend this insurance company to anyone at all. I started my services in 2017 for my car for scratches and dents so I can claim R3000 service every 3 months. Ever since then I’ve made 3 claims and I’ve been getting sent around like a headless chicken, they would say I haven’t sent my claims or it doesn’t reflect on the system then I’d lodge another claim but ever since, nothing! I had to keep on following them until ultimately their email was said to be invalid after I had used the SAME email they referred to me in. They make excuses such as your claims failing and they just send you from pillar to post. Can someone please help us so we can get our money back because this is really disheartening!

They keep harassing you with phone calls even when you tell them you don't wish to be contacted by them again.(I've already been told by them that I'll be added to their Do Not Contact list ALL of the other times!!!!)This shows they lack the ability to communicate this with their agents, or a lack of understanding and communication skills from their agents side.I would NEVER trust a company that this incompetent!!!Places like this are the reason we need GDPR is South Africa!!!

Policy AE0177579. I’ve decided to cancel my policy due to non-communication from the claims area. Notice to clients - when you submit a claim, be prepared to contact the company, as they do not communicate with you, neither keep you in the loop of your claim. It remains your responsibility to call them if you wanted info in respect of your claim.

I have now blocked over 10 numbers all coming from your company ! Please take a hint and leave me alone now !Dubious practice that you guys call me from a new number all the time !!

Where did you get my number tell Austin not to call from your call centre and then put the phone down in my ear!!!! Please tell us who is selling our numbers to people like you?

Worse insurance company. Do not take out the scratch and dent policy because the claims adminstrator will email you stating claim finalized but the hidden fact behind that is it has been rejected. This happened to me 07/05/2019. Car already repaired by they suggested panel beater and i was left with the bill to fit in order to get my car back and i hooe this message is shared so others dont fall prey to this unprofessional act!!

Worst company ever, they call me 4-5 times a day trying to promote their stuff. This has been going on for over 2 weeks!

I was phoned by a consultant who was extremely bossy and pushy. I was very concerned and apprehensive as she had my ID number and started asking more personal questions which I felt were intrusive. I do not want their free cover".Cathy de Boer"
