I visited the car wash today. While in the wash bay I waited quiet a while before they started washing. My biggest problem is that the woman washing my car wore a ring. Now I think as a car wash you should know that this will scratch a car. The ladies cleaning and drying the outside also wore rings. When I pointed it out to the woman she claimed that it won't damage the paint. I also had to have it washed again due to the front bumper not being touched in the wash bay.The only redeeming factor was that the owner came out and supervised the rest of the cleaning. My car is clean now. But it was a long and unpleasant experience.

The service at the Sasol petrol station and car wash in langenhoven Park, Bloemfontein was outstanding today. I arrived a minute after closing time at the car wash and politely asked them to squeeze my car in... They did this and washed my car well. I'm impressed. The staff is professional and lovely too.

Last wash, the car came back with a broken windscreen. Took no responsibility, very hostile interactions, thanks for nothing Piek Group. Beware!

We pay a ridiculous amount at the car wash to be getting that kind of service and leaving with your car as dirty as it came, never again

I wanted to give this car was a zero because the ladies that washed my car today is terrible amd rude one of them ignore me while I am speaking to her and the other two sit in my car and have a fat chat while sipping on a drink. I approach them and ask are they going to take long and then had to repeat myself three times because she acted like she did not hear me and then gave me attitude I do NOT recommend this place!

Was served by Jimmy on 01/05/2022 @ 20:28 and it was the best service that i have been given by any Sasol garage so far .Jimmy you deserve more that a 5 start .If you what top class service Sasol Langenhoven is the place you definitely need to be.
