Baby's Closet Durban - Atrium Mall

We visited baby's closet in Johannesburg and we recieved excellent service and welcoming people greeting as Muslims we felt comfortable to be there , however visiting the KZN store on Saturday as we needed to buy things for my daughter's second baby, the staff a African male helped us he almost made us beg for him to show us anything he was rude abrupt and showing us the items like he was very very angry &handeld it roughly almost like he wants to break! When his manager came he started showing us nicely. I asked the manager who was very very polite friendly , the way he had showed and explained to us even though he had all customers calling him and him charging theTheir stuff he asked to plz excuse his self and he returned to check on us every few mins he also made it really easy for us when he showed us all features and advantages as well as disadvantages, when he asked his staff the guy to go get something from their warehouse the african man asked 4 wat ,the manager calmly just told him for what and asked him to please rush he then just walked of , my husband had asked me to write this up as the staff of any business are the back bone and of utmost importance when it comes to business, this coming from business owners ourself . We will definitely visit again due to the excellent polite and helpful service of management (a indian guy ) my advice for baby's closet is plz change the staff because the attitude is really really bad, we seen the guy and the way he was looking at us definitely not a peoples person and one small incident like this could be the reason a customer wants to buy else were . We had bought for quiet a bit but that's due to the great service provided by the manager , we thank him for his patience and great etiquetteMr & Mrs razaak.

I purchased beleco stroller today ,I was helped by a lady named marry with a very pretty smile,she was so polite I felt like buying the whole shop cz prices are very reasonable.
