The Vanity Studio

Would not recommend. The owner took 4 months to send me a broken product, and thereafter made a bunch of excuses as to why he can't replace the broken glass. I eventually gave up and had to source a replacement myself. Pathetic service, does not offer refunds and low quality products.

I would NOT recommend this Business to anyone, ordered my vanity from Tevin pillay which was an 800 x 500 in size, i kept calling and messaging him no response or call backs he doesnt respond to messages. After continuously calling he sent me my vanity after three weeks and the wrong size which was a 700 x 500 thinking i would not notice it. His guys installed it and i found wood chips on the sides and edges which was so visible and untidy they filled almost all the edges with wood glue,when i contacted him to tell him that i was sent the wrong size an that i specifically ordered the 800 x 500 one and him confirming price i made payment the same day.When i called him to tell him about the wrong size he sent me he asked me to pay him R900 extra and wait another week for the correct size. VERY INCONVENIENCING he is rude and arrogant and a rouge Not a happy customer please do not purchase from this business.

Absolutely terrible serviceMade an order on black friday 2022 and i am still waiting for it april 2023 . Have asked for a refund for the past month and he keeps giving excuses .NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY . WISH I HAD READ THE PREVIOUS REVIEWS BEFORE PAYING .

My experience with The vanity studio.Last year i had purchased a custom vanity & Bathroom Mirror, yes the wait was very long and i began getting very impatient, but let me tell you it was worth the wait for the bathroom mirror. Their service isnt 100% but when you get your order i can guarantee their work is 100%. Thumbs up from me

I am very happy with my table. The packaging was incredible as my table traveled all the way from Durban to Stellenbosch without a scratch. The table took some time to come but lead time is understandable with a service like this. The owner was very responsive throughout and gave me updates when requested on how the table was coming along. Overall very happy with my table. Please do expect delays when ordering something like this as it’s a lot of work that goes into building these tables. 10/10 recommend. One very happy customer!

I would NOT recommend this business to anybody, after ordering and making due payment for the product, Tevin Pillay, gave me a run around on delivery and installation!! After asking for a refund , he said he does not do refunds and still expected me to constantly reschedule around his convenience!! From the date of order ,5 days later I have still not received product. The inconvenience and arrogance is appaling!!!!!!
