Excellent installers

Considering that they are dealing with customers on a daily their customer skills are horrendous. Apart from being called troublesome, they were very quick to try and cut corners even though they would be paid for the full service. Only when asked why they used a certain cable did the so called installer change it and advise the driver that it was an explorer they were installing. Let me not mention the fact that no masks or sanitiser present and it was laughed upon and was merely told it was forgotten. As for calling me out after i called his boss and asked about masks and sanitiser as if we are not in the midst of a pandemic. Such a joke, Personally, I am all for supporting black businesses, but i will never recommend them to anyone!
