What is worse than being involved in an accident that is not your fault? Trying to get a helpful reply from Fabian Pietersen at Echelon. I wish people in this industry could try have a little more empathy with their interactions with others.

My policy no. ECH80410058, although I have a broker, I do not receive any communication direct from my insurance company, especially when I have lodged claims. Not even SMS's giving me progress on my claims. I also cannot understand why, whenever, I lodge a claim I got to wait for over a week for any communication to start happening, and this only because I pester my broker for feedback. Surely in 2022 service should be at a very advance level, especially with communicating with your clients.
