I am a grade 9 scholar. I was in a desperate search for an iPad to pursue my schooling endeavors when ICS came to my rescue.I had scoured around Durban in search of a reasonable iPad when I found ICS. We had put in a deposit for an iPad and while searching for one within our restriction we were given an iPad on loan. I was astonished as no other Apple retailer had done this for me. A reasonably priced iPad had been found for me and we made a full deposit in cash for it.With the help of Sanikwa I had my Apple ID set up and all the material from the loan iPad transferred to my new iPad.ICS is a must for getting your Apple electronics dealt with efficiently and effectively while still remaining within your budget. It is a must visit!

I would like to share my experience today with this store with every apple and iphone device user in the greater Durban area. The service was nothing short of magnificent. My phone had been stolen, wiped clean and my pass codes changed. Sanikwa went out his way to ensure that when I left the store, my phone was returned to its previous condition. I am so grateful. Well done to Pravin and his team - but a special thanks to Sankiwa who was so professional, patient and very knowledgeble.
