I was really impressed with Chris and team. After being told that I needed a new engine by the VW dealership, Chris diligently set about doing a thorough analysis of the engine. After replacing the spark plugs and doing multiple compression and cylinder leakage tests that confirmed all was in order, the engine was running 100% again. Chris is both player/manager and personally worked on the car, whilst his customer engagement skills are also excellent. Thanks for saving me a great deal of money as well!

I was referred by a colleague to take my 9-year old Q3 there for service. Got a call with a list of things to be done based on assessment and service history. Initial reaction was shock but then agreed for repairs/replacement of parts that are essential to ensure safety. I'll have to drive the car for a while to experience the effects. The staff are friendly and answer all questions and explain why certain things should/must be done and which can possibly wait. I had an overall positive experience and my car should be good for the foreseeable future which is covered by their guarantee if 12 months or 20 000 km on parts and workmanship.

These guys are the real deal they have gone out of their way and the super extra mile with excellent service to honor a guarantee that I had from one of their other branches and a break down I had in the middle of the Northern Cape. Theses guys are the real deal. Mechatronic blew and even with a long line of cars in their workshop, they did their best to accommodate me. Logged a query the night before and first thing the next morning they called and were eager to assist me. Job got done in two days with regular communication. It was a costly repair but they have alternatives that work just as well as a new unit. The mechanic (cant remember his name...long beard like that guy that worked at Gas Monkey) explained what exactly went wrong and how it was reinforced to resolved the inherent vw design flaw for these units.
