A new windscreen for an old Renault. Not a common car. Great job, fast and efficient, turned up when they said they would. What more could you want?

Firstly they take all your information before giving you a quote. Secondly they're quote was $200 more than the second most expensive quote I received. Lastly the operator was so rude, the line was bad and instead of realising there was a lag in the audio, she actually said, are you going to speak or are you going to let me? Terrible. Zero stars

Only ever had good experiences with O'Brien - you get what you pay for. What a legend Jesse was - fixed our sunroom window to perfection, then went even one better than that and improved the previously fiddly locking action for us! Honest, reliable and efficient, will use again for any glass related issue!

They fitted my windscreen 2 years ago but when i needed a new one fitted only to find out they broke the clips on the mouldings and just stuck them down with sikaflex and it leaked on the inside of the screen, they promise to rectify the problem but ive heard nothing from them i will find out tomorrow how much damage has been done to my landcruiser due to there shocking job i will alter my review if they do the job under warranty but i doubt it will happen im out a lot of money because of this i personality wouldn't recommend them for another replacement unless they pay for my costs we will have to wait and see there are other companies out there that will do a great job, im having powerhouse in bowen to do the job properly he has a great reputation and takes pride in his work, pay my costs windscreen obrian for the damage your company has caused me
