I phoned on numerous occasions to see if I have outstanding fines, but to no avail do they pick up the phone. I will not follow up again.

Called the Traffic department to make an appointment for my 79 year old mom who suffers from severe arthritis and cannot stand for long. I was told she need not make an appointment as Wednesdays are reserved for pensioners. Expecting pensioners to receive PREFERENTIAL treatment .. and to not have to queue for such a long time .. she went this morning and had to queue for 6 hours! She is absolutely shattered by the experience. It is a disgrace and a shame that an elderly person, trying to uphold the law, should be treated like this. Shame on you PE traffic department. You can't sink any lower!!.

Their service in comparison to other branches is amazing! The staff members are kind and show utmost patience when assisting and/or attending to queries. May this service remain and may they continue flourishing.

useless service is not the word utterly pathetic but at the end of the month when there pay is not correct they are quick to complain but cant work properly

It's disgusting to know that we work for the same company but still get no services. I fully understand why the public have no interest or respect or willingness to adhere to traffic infringements or respecting the traffic authorities as not one nr is working or being answered ad the traffic department and if you go there you are helped on their time as many time only one cashier is at the till helping... Good grief and yet you complaining about not having jobs...

Can't even put one star here... Just phoned the operator for information.. And she just said... Were offline bye bye... U can give information when your offline!!!!!!!! Bad...

Nobody ever answers the phone. Have tried a total of 62 times over 4 days. A few times I could actually hear them pick the phone up and put it down again. This is disgusting. These people are getting paid for their service"! I will now have to pay a huge fine because I could not get hold of them."

Siphon said they offline, when I tried to explain, she just hung up on me. Amazing how hard it is to do the right thing and try and pay your fine. Pathetic, I'll waste the courts time now.

Do not answer phones. Also be aware I have a situation where fines were paid over 5 months ago and now are still reflecting on system!!
