Florence Guest Farm & Wedding Venue

We had the best experience at our friend's wedding. From the venue, stunning location very remote and attention to detail, the tent accomodation is prepared for the cold wth electric blankets and the communal bathrooms are equipped with hair dryers and full length mirrors. The food was outstanding. One of the best weddings I have been to.

Lovely rustique farm theme.They only make too little food not wanting to compensate on people who haven't eaten yet.Location was a bit difficult to find using google maps and having the existing entry not accessible.

Stunning wedding venue with superb food and great service

We recently had our own wedding at Florence Guest Farm and I can assure any bridal couple looking for reviews on here, that you will not regret choosing Florence Guest Farm as your wedding venue. Tannie Ané and her team are fantastic and they provide unconditional support before and during the day. The accommodation is great and warm, the food is excellent and the location is breathtakingly beautiful. The bride and her bridal party have accommodation separate from the bridal suite (called Mooinooi) and the groom and groomsmen have their own accommodation (called the Ramkamp). There is numerous activities on the farm to keep the groom and guests busy. We used the chapel for our ceremony, which I can highly recommend. Despite it being October, it was also a very cold (<10*C) day and the Florence team made sure everyone is warm with fireplaces and heaters all round. You can not go wrong with Florence Guest Farm as your destination! Tannie Ané, oom Nico, Thembi and the Florence team - thank you for an unforgettable and amazing wedding day! :)

Spectacular venue. Most beautiful chapel. Wedding venue hall is so practical. We were fed for about 8 hours from just after the wedding ceremony until bedtime! Canapes were very special. For mains the brisket stood out as being the best I ever had.This is a comprehensive wedding experience for all the guests. Having your own room to dress before the wedding, sleep after the wedding and getting up for breakfast the next morning to share your fondest memories with all the guests made this a remarkable wedding experience for all.

Absolutely beautiful! Rooms are individually decorated and very clean and comfortable. They have a bar fridge and microwave with tea and coffee making facilities. The rusks are a lovely treat. There are tents as well. Makes for a stunning wedding venue. The food is good and the staff are friendly and helpful. Amazing views.

Fantastic wedding venue. Superb catering. Only the tented accommodation wasn't great. Too closely packed together and rather uncomfortable. We found the pillows very large and hard and the space very cramped and no service provided.

Very beautiful venue. The shared bathrooms do tend to get overcrowded just before the ceremony.

Spectacular, special, this is something else!!! With friendly service and people going out of their way and the extra mile to make it even more memorable and special!
