Worst customer service ever. They told us that we will have warranty but even after 3 months that we asked to check a problem they just didn’t reply to any messages and phone calls. Very unreliable and not recommend at all. Stay away from them.

Cape Coast Flooring - Terrazzo screed flooringTerrazzo screed flooring. I was the first Terrazzo customer in the white base substrate and willing to learn with them. The owner(Emile) was very accommodating and in general everything went ok.We ran into trouble with the last bathroom floor that needs to be redone completely. Certain areas that need attention for delaminating. Delamination on 3 places of the floor not addressed even after multiple request....I find the owner blame shifting and expecting me to share the cost in communication issues between himself and the workers. He is never onsite, only for the quote.He then offers to redo the bathroom floor at only the cost of the material. After checking, he hyperinflates material prices by 400% to fix there own mistakes.Never pay quote in full or better still just stay away! Would be nice if a business would grow with its customers, and not expectthe customer to pay all the school fees.

If i could give you 10 * i would, but your team has proven again and again what i keep telling people, you guys are the best at what you do...Keep doing what you doing ....I would recommend you and your team any day.

What a terrible job. The exterior product recommended by the owner for the pool area was laid with non-slip. This led to dirt entrapment which was almost impossible to remove. They then removed the non-slip which has resulting in a very slippery when wet floor which has led to us falling around the pool and getting injured. In addition, the floor becomes sticky on hot days, so much so that your shoes stick to the floor and patio chairs cannot be lifted and moved. Furthermore, the floor has cracked in multiple places and is 'hollow' underneath and likely to start to break off.The colour of the floor is also mis-matched and we were told by the owner, it would change colour and 'match' after it had cured. That has not happened. It looks awfulWe also had an interior floor done in our shower and the same issue - when water and sop are present, our bathroom turns into an ice-rink it is so slippery. We have also fallen and sustained injury there.The owner, Emiel Ezebeth has denied any liability and refuses to fix the problem and is, through is lawyer, fabricating the truth. This, despite bringing his supplier of the product out who assured us the matter would be resolved.I would not use this company for any work at all. I am also willing to open my home to anyone who wishes to view the work done before entering into business with this company.I must also add, that when the owner of the company starts giving his own 5 star reviews on Google, you should know something is off - right? If I could, I would deduct five stars. We paid 100%, Cape Cost Flooring delivered a maximum of 60%. The floor is uneven, leveling of the floor surface has not taken place before processing. In addition, too few strips were ordered. In addition, the new fixtures were damaged. It is the worst work I have ever seen. First, the insurance company was supposedly contacted, but we never received a response. He blames all failures on other people and does not take any responsibility for his work. For many months we have not received any answers to our inquiries. It is the most unreliable contractor we have ever worked with. At the beginning he made big promises, then pushed to pay the full price. We can only advise against doing business with this company.Referring to your immediate response on Google: no one has been here and nothing has been fixed. Your foreman has only cleaned the dirt from the cabinets and agreed that the work is not good. Nothing else. No further steps have been agreed upon and still no one can be reached. Your response is standard and empty of content.Hi Emile,this is also a typical and umprofessional answer. here again others are blamed and no responsibility is taken. The photos clearly show that the work is miserable and was never handed over perfectly. No need for further discussion. Very generally we are ready to discuss further steps to fix the damages on site in person. For this it would be nice if you would respond on our mails, WhatsApps or phone calls.
