We called before hand for stock and Robert assisted us. He was extremely helpful and friendly. I would rate his service five stars however the dispatch was totally the opposite. Handed in my invoice to dispatch and waited 26min for my car to be loaded.

Lance, the manager, managed to sort out a replacement shower door for me within 6 hours. He arranged a new shower door and got it to my house on the same day despite usual deliveries taking 3-5 days. Excellent service and would highly recommend the store.

Best tile showroom in Gauteng, with a huge range of trending tiles and focal feature mosaics! Also host a unique range of bathtubs, vanities, showers, toilets, sinks and a wide range of taps and fixtures to choose from making Tiletoria a one-stop-shopping dream!! The staff are extremely knowledgable and well trained in various design concepts! Jeans' professionalism and patience with fussy customers made our current renovation a seamless, hasslefree project!

Five staff members available. Three busy on their phones and two engrossed in their computers. Not one head came up to assist. Decided to go somewhere where we could be assisted by staff who were interested.

Great service inside the showroom but what a disaster on collection.Workers are not wearing masks. No social distancing protocols. One of the worker stood very close to me ,without wearing a mask. I had to remind him.Do something about it management. Don't hide behind the lockdown nonsense. If you guys weren't ready. Should not have open it for business.

Bad customer service. They did not have any calling cards, it's the new year. The show room is full of staff but no one came to assist us. My mum was interested in getting a bathroom interior design, and we could not do that because their was no assistance. This store sucks! I am not sure if all their customers get this cold shoulder treatment, or was it just me!
