It’s very nice place. Regarding safety it’s not that safe. I can see cat walking through the electric fence,so....

It is a noise place and there is no control of it. Tenants play loud music as early as 4 am or late into the night (12 am). The noise is unbearable as the windows of us not playing the music will be vibrating. Some strict rules about playing loud music needs to be put in place.

Nice place with comfortable accommodation facility, well protected compound with electric fence and 24 hours security staff for assistance.un interrupted power supply and water supply is also a good feature.

It's very clean & residents mostly keep to the rules. The only problem is that little children are running around & playing completely unsupervised

Water is always hot even during load shedding due to solar system i think! Close to hospital, easy place to locate

The complex is not safe. My neighbour’s car got stolen from the complex even though there is “24 hour security”. Children there make a lot of noise. They give you problems when it’s time to refund your deposit when you move out. When you move in, they have a checklist of the things you have in your unit but when you move out, they take a video of your unit. They then claim that items in your unit were in good condition when you moved in even though they were not. The unit I moved into was filthy when I moved in but when I moved out, they took a “cleaning fee” from my deposit. The place is not great and they will not refund your full deposit even if you do not damage anything.

Change the Building ManagerI am currently renting through AFHCO and it was the worst decision I have ever made. I have been laying a complaint, the same complaint, since late Jan and till this day I have not been given any assistance. I get placating emails about escalating the issue" until I have to follow-up and nobody has answers. There is poor communication from their team

The place iş fresh with spaceous rooms catered for the Young and Old

Reef Acres is a great place for rental purposes. It is highly secure and constantly maintained. The disadvantage however is the electricity costs. Having prepaid meters would help alleviate this problem.
