i am extremely thankful that I found Michelle 3 weeks ago. i couldn't take how I looked anymore and found her here on google. I went to see her and I have begun an amazing Journey with Michelle at Body Behold to get healthier and lose my weight. In 3 weeks I have lost 7.4kgs. i couldn't of done it without her.

Michelle is so caring and encouraging in her approach. Like many people, I gained a LOT of weight during lockdown 3 years ago. I've been with Michelle for only 2 weeks now - I'm half way with my 4-week course. I've already lost 3kg and 23cm all-over. Her diet so easy to follow - trust me - I've tried a lot! Together with the diet, I also do the Lipo laser treatments and the EMS treatments twice a week. It really works! I can't wait to fit into all my old clothes again. Michelle is a great therapist and motivator. She is not constantly trying to sell you stuff, but her products does work and she uses it herself. I'm so happy I found her.
