It was really a great experience to visit this Vodacom shop in Durban. The shop was very clean and neat in side. Every one was willing to help to the customers even though customers coming for simswap and for changing the Talking points. Things were going really very peacefully and smoothly. I came here for simswap my work was done in a proper and professional way by one of consultant. I really appreciate them.

I went there to do a sim swap there is a lady by the name of pinky she is very rude and incompetent. She told me that my number is not on the system and when I ask questions she was not able to answer me.another gentleman inside the store managed to help me.Pinky she is useless

I think the stuff can be more friendly and welcoming, I think they are too relaxed, I waited in a queue of less than 10 people for almost 45 minutes standing on my feet. Otherwise I got my issue resolved

They do not do things in a professional manner and they make you feel unwelcome to their store. Everybody stays in their own corner even if they know what you're there for.I'm really dissatisfied with their customer service. It's a thumbs down from me.
