I can't explain how amazing the service was at Panarottis Musgrave. Our waiter was the sweetest gentleman ever and both the managers were extremely attentive and hands on. Every waiter or waitress that passed our table was extremely friendly. The food was phenomenal and definitely value for money. If I could rate 10 stars I definitely would.

Had exceptional customer service from the lady at the front desk by the name of bulelwa, who although dealing with multiple clients at once provided an absolutely wonderful experience, I truly hope her efforts do not go unnoticed

What a disappointment! I have been to this franchise in joburg and never have I had such an experience. First table we sat at was dirty, so we moved. Then by the 2nd table there was water all over the floor of the booth so we moved again. My boyfriends hot chocolate was made with milk that was off, thankfully, one of the managers changed it for him. Then, because they microwave the hot chocolate, don't know why, the rim of the glasses had crusty dried milk, with sticky sides of the glasses from overflow. The pasta sort of made up for it, but overall, the place was a no. 2 other couples at other tables seemed unhappy as well, which really is a pity.

Best service, HOWEVER THE SUB was SUB STANDARD POOR QUALITY, tasteless I was requested to make contact with yourselves which I did per E Mail, that was it? Why make contact???

If you want a tasty pizza, you should definitely try the panarottis special at this specific branch. The pizza's here are made in a wood fire oven, making them the tastiest. The toppings on the pizza are so generous, and every time I eat here, I am fully satisfied with my meal. The manager is very friendly and attentive.

Frequent here often, food is good. The service could be brushed on alittle better, like plates to eat off when meals are ordered to share, also a big cooler was ordered to share but only 1 glass was brought to table. Small attention to detail needs to be checked up on.

Definitely enjoy having pizza here with the extra cheese. Very tasty with enough additional garlic, chilli and parmacheese to add that extra zing. Hot and cold beverages. Enjoyable for all, with things to keep the kids busy. Wheel chair friendly, and toilets nearby which are also wheelchair friendly. Great service from staff and can have lunch within an hour.

Customer service was fairly good, not too certain about waiting times as I didn't pay attention to that. The Mexican breakfast pizza was average, nothing to write home about as it was extremely sweet. The Panarotti's in Gateway seem to have gotten the mix just right with this dish! The breakfast itself was alright, the Mr's wasn't too thrilled about it. I liked the bacon though, was done really nicely with a good smokey flavor.Overall, 3 stars as the taste experience wasn't great. We both preferred the Panarotti's in Gateway as the food was a lot tastier. (Forgive the poor image quality, my phone was on the fritz).PS. The look and feel of the restaurant was quite nice, very chilled.
