What a amazing experience i just had was a great pleasure shopping there at that shop the staff was friendly, helpful and totally amazing. The products was dated and I have 5 dogs to which I always come and buy dog food there. The staff and the owners daughter was really helpful and professional. Let to say so beautiful and friendly person really reminds me of an Arabian goddess I will always come back and love this experience keep it up and thank you for the hard work.

I have always used this pet store for my pet needs. I have a dog, 3 cats and 2 birds. This was my go to store. Until today. The owners daughter was so disrespectful and rude. I paid with my card and she took it out of my hands and tapped it. I told her the point of the tap was that the card didn't leave the customers hands. And she told me that I can't tell her how to do it and I can have my money back with a lot of other things said. I was so taken aback and boy helping in the store if I was rude in any way for her to react that way, he just looked at the ground as she continued to tell me I can't tell her and she will give my money back. For the years I've been supporting this store, I have never been so shocked at this woman's attitude. Especially for someone fully dressed in hijab and right after the month of Ramadaan.

I've had the worst experience at this store I have bought a pump of r175 a week later the pump stops working I return to the shop with my pump that's not working the owner deliberately states it's not his problem I feel this is ridiculous what you buy from this store is bad quality products and the owner knows this that's the reason he doesn't reimburse customers
