Wow!!! I am so thrilled with my vehicle. The condition of the vehicle is fantastic and looking around at the other vehicles also of a high caliber. Very refreshing to have the owner getting envolved with the delivery.Brett is a great salesman and had our car ready on time. I am looking at buying another vehicle soon and will definitely be looking at Willow Crest. Great job!!

While the salesman gives the feeling that he really wants to help you as the customer this is a dodgy dealership. I purchased a vehicle from them the middle of November and they failed to inform me of the body repair work that had been done on the vehicle. Only after doing a trip down to Cape did their shady workmanship come through as the vehicle's body lines started shifting. Only upon asking was I now informed about the repairs and that unfortunately this is something I should have seen and they are not willing to assist in fixing this mistake. The fact that this is their attitude towards a vehicle I have almost paid R300k is shocking.

We met our son there who had a new 2nd hand car for us and the staff were absolutely amazingly friendly and efficient.

Shocking experience. Purchased a FIAT 500x auto which was delivered to CT. Agreed with the sale was the AA Dekra (which is advertised on their website), a service (as the service was due in a month's time), ensure that the car was not an ex-smokers vehicle, car would be valed before delivery, no scratches etc. Car arrived at depot and besides the scratches from the carrier company, there were many little scratches, the AA Dekra was not done on the vehicle (to which I was later informed I would have to do it in CT) and the service due" notification was active. I had the car checked at a reputable service dealer and in fact the service had not been done (brake pads at 15%

This dealership has a wow variety of vehicles and at prices that you would not believe. Sales staff are very friendly and helpful. Financial department efficient and has the customer in mind when negotiating with the banks.Try them and see what they can do for your next ride

Bought a car which is in excellent condition. There was a deep dent on the side bumper which was fixed immediately. The salesman, Trevino, was true to his word. So far so good.

Willow Crest is also a RMI approved car service centre. Serviced my car here and had excellent service, good communication throughout the day and the best of all was reasonable fees. Very impressed.
