Went to your Phoenix restaurant and expected the same great food that has made the Catering business famous, We were sourly disappointed. Firstly I tried to pay with my card, your credit card facility does not work, I had to take a walk to the nearest ATM to make a withdrawl. The mutton bunnies that my mother in law and I ordered were hot in temperature, but the curries were a light brown in colour, it tasted as bland as it looked. My wife ordered a mutton biryani, it looked like the scrapings of the bottom of a pot, it was dry, the meat looked dry and burnt (either freezer burnt or otherwise) the rice was equally dry and hard to stomach. The manager did ask if we enjoyed the food and my mum in law did say quite loudly that it was really bad, and to his credit he did apologize.

Pathetic service ... Insufficient servings ... And attitude of waiters are disgusting

Absolutely pathetic service. If you want a stressful event then hire them. They made my stage decor for a Christian wedding look like a Tamil wedding. I asked for a floral stage decor but they did draping instead. 1 of my tables did not have a centerpiece and all of my Centrepieces did not have white flowers as discussed. Their white high gloss stage flooring" was not taped down properly

Most disgusting service and attitude by a catering company . especially when you try and explain something that is wrong. Do not use them if you'll want exceptional service
