I am beyond irritated with the N1 City staff send me from pillar to post after I got an SMS to say my order is ready for collection firstly I had too stood in the qué for 10 minutes after that I had to wait 40mins for my order that they could not find anywhere eventually the manager had the key of the stock room after going from this to that they got my order now they have to scan it in but that also took 5 mins I am beyond livid!

Im a customer for many years at Truworths n1 city..but I am not impressed by their customer service..they definitely don't put their customers needs first .

Very friendly staff. Always helpful and the store is always neat and clean. Very well organized by staff and management. We'll done guys!

Been shopping at this store for over 10 years, customer service is last on their list of priorities. Went to exchange a shirt my mother bought for a different and was refused after waiting in the line for 30 minutes, I was told I needed a written letter from my mother to exchange. ended up having to buy the 2nd shirt cash as I needed it for that day. A day later my father goes to return the original shirt with no questions asked by the staff!! Absolutely infuriating! To top it off the nasty attitude of the short fat coloured cashier after I said I would pay cash has left a very sour taste in my mouth. I would definitely recommend staying far away from this store. Rather go to Canal walk, they have better and a bigger range. Wish I could give them a 0 star rating.

Staff is friendly and very efficient.

As we all know, Truworths cater mainly for the middle to upper class population. The little variety of clothing in the women, men as well as the kids sections are not in every person's taste and size and the prices is also steep. The staff doesn't offer assistance like in most other clothing stores and on the one side it's a good thing. They leave you to shop at your own pace. Personally I'd rather shop at a clothing store that has got more variety and sizes in the clothing as well as the footwear and accessories.

The lady manager at Truworths is just terrible at customer service. The cashier writes down the email address incorrectly not wanting to accept responsibility, cannot believe this people. All I wanted to do was to return a item, had the receipt with me and the item. They probably have a law degree for their bad customer service!

If your store closes 16:30 on a Saturday then say so. But I do not appreciate basically being buggered off before 17:00 every time.Did you ever consider that some people just cannot be there early in the day?

Customer service, and I'm referring to proper customer service, is a rare commodity.I went to pick up an online order and was greeted by the cashier, she gets the one star.She then asked her colleague to assist, and this is, for me, where things go downhill.No courtesy of greeting. Asks for my ID, order number and item I ordered. Another customer asks for assistance in the footwear department and the assistant calls for another staff member. She then continues to chat with her colleague in her home language.I finally get my package just put on the counter. No checking to see if it is indeed the item I had ordered, as what I thought was procedure, as this was not my first time collecting an online order.Unfortunately I was not impressed by this experience and would rather opt to collect at another branch.

Always a waiting game whenever I need to collect a package... definitely not the first time either!
