I have absolutely no complaints about the service at Postnet here in Uitenhage. The owner and staff are really knowledgeable, helpful and friendly.

Good service, very quick and plenty staff to assist. Only issue I have is a small one, I had to pay to send a document to their e-mail and pay for the printing of the document. Other Postnet's only charge for printing and not have an additional cost to send to their email.

The issue of challenge delivery in Areas outside main towns e g Lady Frere, still need attwntion or strategy. I did not get the service I required. THANKS

I am so cross now, I'm close to a stroke.I need to print 14 pages in Black and White, which I obviously must either bring on a USB stick, or have to forward to their email...Due to Management" not allowing transactions below R50 to be paid by card

Absolutely nonsense service received... the guy who served me was pretty clueless... and this R10 charge of sending them a mail to print out documents is the biggest load of bull I've ever heard. At the Port Elizabeth Post Nets they do not charge that R10 fee. Highly ridiculous...would not reccomend them!

The company did not send me any tracking numbers for my police clearance. They claim it is at the uitenhage police station and yet they cannot find it. I am absolutely devastated as I have spent R560 for delivery and pickup and yet I have not received the services I paid for. I might lose the job I am applying for if I do not receive my clearance in time.
