By far the most hopeless agency under the Department of Transport. Sent an email in 2019 and to date no response provided even after numerous follow up emails. Their number either rings unanswered or says it’s invalid. The people who are running this agency must be reviewed as I don’t think they appreciate the mandate of this institution

1. Glitch in website enquiring on Infringement Notices! Tried several times and other people tested as well, does no recognize licence card no???2. Got a surprise when applying for renewal of licence card - outstanding fines and Enforcement Orders. I have not received ANY notifications regarding the infringements either by mobile of post which is charged at R60 a time. There is NO postal services where we live. Needless to say that I cannot apply for my new licence card unless the infringement statement have been paid!!! Terribly frustrating - is this just another money making racket?????

Unable to get through to the Revenue department even though I've tried 5 different extensions of the various persons in the department. They simply don't answer their phones. Bad service!

I was really not happy, as I received a traffic fine that was not for me. Raising my compaint really did help and one Manager by the name of Mandie Olivier really went the extra mile to assist and I am thrilled to say fine is no longer applicable to me and my name has been cleared. Thank you, Mandie! You are a star.

My visit to them yesterday was to renew my drivers licence.after the dissapointment of the day before when system off line.What a pleasant surprise from the outstanding service and attention i got ,this department are such a credit and others should try to copy them ( if possible)
