Terrible service

Needed to have my armchair reupholstered and found Ashraf's Designs via google. Sent them pictures of the armchair and requested a quote which I got the same day. They were the cheapest of 4 quotes I got. Got the fabric , paid the 50% deposit and they picked up my armchair the next day. Very friendly and efficient. Took just over a week and I've got my armchair back. Was delivered straight into my living room up a flight of stairs, safely wrapped in lots of plastic. Am really happy with it. The workmanship is outstanding. The pattern of the fabric is aligned perfectly, the cushion is soft and super comfortable without sinking down. Looks stunning. Brought me back the off-cuts on request and also did two scatter cushions. Will definitely have my sofa done there next.

Ashraf did a great job on covering my bar stools and gave excellent advice on the fabric to be used. The price was right and he did it in record time. THANK YOU - I'll be back! Rosa
