Clothing Alterations

The ladies here were so accommodating to my very urgent request! Super friendly and got my difficult alteration completed for me to wear on my first day at my new job the next day. Super impressed and would reccomend to anybody and everybody. Great customer service too.Thank you Ladies!

New owners Jo and Sonia, new interior and great new service.. charged as quoted no extra. A fidly job, it was great to collect my dresses on time... i would definitely recommend them.

I needed special made masks due to a medical condition which means the ear loops didn't work for me. Jo made them to fit me perfectly with same day turnaround even though they're currently run off their feet. Very comfy and awesome fabric choices.Convenient location with easy parking. EFT available. Small local business instead of one of the chains in shopping centres so you know they will look after your garments.

I was looking forward to meeting the new owners as I had heard such good things about them.When I entered the shop the welcome was worse than the previous owners and when collecting my ruined item their manner was even worse again.I originally asked for a doona cover to be stiched 6 inches in from the top and 3 inches in from both sides. No further discussion to be had but the owners had a discussion over the price which was in more detail than my request.Contrary to what I requested, on collection I discovered they had cut the cover 6 inches from the top and 3 inches in from one side only, when in fact it was to be stiched on both sides.I advised the lady this was not what I had asked for. She was rude and dismissive and said what I requested was not possible - well why was I not told this when I first went in - because they did not even listen. I thought her comment rather strange as I had a previous quote (albeit for $10.00 more) however, I was told this place was good. The owner also went on to say obviously there was no discussion well she was right there, as mentioned above, they did not even pay any attention in the first place because I never mention cutting the fabric at all, I stipulated stiched around the top and 2 sides. If I had known they were going to cut the doona I would have left the shop and gone elsewhere.I am glad the doona was not expensive however it is ruined and I cannot use it now.Their attitude is atrocious and very unprofessional. The shop has only been changed minimally and I do not rank them at all I give them a minus zero '0'.

One of the ladies here is really rude. Also quoted me a super high amount to alter a dress and any time I have been they always send me to spotlight to get basic material (like buttons or a strip of material) which I assumed would be supplied as part of the service. Won't be back.

I am more than happy with the finished result that Clothing Alterations made to a pair of jeans and linen shirt...both are a perfect fit. Jo is very professional in her approach and her team offered good advice on the work that was required.The turnaround was quick and notification of the pickup was made by text.

I had a bridesmaid skirt taken up for a wedding mid October. It had three tricky layer but the job was done in great time and with professional service and communication was clear through out the process. So pleased with the experience and the outcome! Highly recommended for your clothing alterations!

DO NOT GO HERE!! Absolutely by far the WORST alterations place I have ever been to! I couldn't wear my wedding dress on my wedding day because they didn't finish cutting the hem in time and they were so appallingly rude - they even threatened me!!! So unprofessional and poorly run. That old lady is a snake!!! I can't fathom how a place this disgusting still operates!

Everyone was so lovely and did the most amazing job on my pants.

I'm so happy with the alterations that Jo made to my new suit that I just purchased for a wedding I was going to. Her suggestion to fit the jacket around the waist area made the suit look a 100 times better on me. Thanks so much for the prompt and professional service, plus the laughs when you were pinning me up. lol...
