I was quite impressed by the staff members and the wide variety of products available. I visited this place during the festive season and they were stocked and the staff was again very friendly.I will definitely visit this store when i go back to the town of Ulundi

Since we are dealing wt the Covid 19 people are taking advantage of the permits they have. And its unfair to those who are waiting on the line outside the store. Even in the store the distancing is not happening.

Service was very poor we bought a fridge last month now it not working we told them they came to cherk and they promised to diliver new one till today they didn't come it's very painful because we don't have fridge to use while we paid R4300 cash

Bought volkano headphones for R300 they were broken just 30mins after I bought them even the packages of almost all the headphones were already broken and some already open including the one I bought, either u guys are selling counterfeit goods or u are selling us used and broken stuff I will never ever buy in this shop again and I urge everyone to refrain from buying in this shop to avoid disapointments

I returned my laptop for repair. One of the stuff who was helping robe me. He take my laptop as if it's going for repair. When I send someone to collect it they said it's not in the system. I was robbed.
