We received the worst possible service imagineable. After the quote was received and accepted to straighten a 100m long wall the exuses started why the job couldnt be done and start. First it was the rain, then it was some problem at the mine and then we suddenly had to pay a deposit that wasnt required from the start. There was no communication, we had to whatsapp the rep repeatedly on a daily basis to get an update, an sms to the CEO was never answered neither was a call to him and this took place of a period of weeks! I would never recommend Country Wide Walling as a service provider.
