Posting on behalf of client. This is an insurance approved" panel beater that approves absolute rubbish. The staff are absolutely rude and do not wish to assist in any way. There is visible misalignment of body panels and gaps and poor paintwork. The vehicle went in as a running vehicle with no signs of battery wear and tear. On collection

The ladies at reception received me so well even when I had fears and doubts, they kept reassuring me that they will make sure the car is fixed. Within 3 days the car was ready and clean. Thank you so much for a wonderful service.

They called us to pick up the car by 12pm we arrived around 1pm and waited for two hours and they were still not done with it. Around 3pm the car couldn't even start, which wasn't the initial problem it was brought in for! So we had to leave without it still. Very incompetent!

My car has been allocated to them by King Price since January. I paid the excess.My car has not been repaired. It's 3 months.Excuse is COVID.
