So I bought 2 happy meals last night for my kids but one of them was already asleep.This morning when my son wanted to eat his happy meal I saw his BURGER had no PATTY.

Its McDonald's food. You know what it's going to be like.Drive through is hit and miss. Sometimes you can hear them on the speaker other times you have to shout at it like some kind of madman.It did take them over 5 mins to get out breakfast though which really shouldn't have been that difficult.Overall not-so-fast fast-food.

They are supposed to open at 8am and it's after 8am and they're not open. We're a few customers that are waiting outside and the staff members are just looking at us from the inside. The business bad at this McDonald's

The staff were friendly and polite, but I needed to take a photo of the menu board behind them in order to buy a special that was running that no one seemed to be aware of.Sadly, the play area was under construction, so my daughter could not play either.Not a great sit-down experience, but the food was good for the price.

Ordered a spicy cajun chicken meal and an Oreo McFlurry. The McFlurry was not even stirred and I was given the burger. I will be taking my family of 6 elsewhere and anywhere besides McDonald's.

Incredibly slow . Took 10 minutes to take 6 orders in front of me in the queue. Now waiting another 18 minutes so far.....no adequate ordering system. No structure customers getting orders in no particular order. lacks adequate system management. Floors and tables dirty. Overall quite dissapointing. It's not even that busy.

Never would I ever go back to this MacDonalds. I waited 12 Min In the drive thru and the cashier and manager was so rude. When I finally got to the window my order was still not done. No apology nothing. Just sit and wait. We always say we won't go back there but this time was the pits. Disgusting for a franchise that size.

I just had the worst experience there. I gave the girl my order a quarter pounder with extra cheese and extra patty, then she took my order, I continued to ask for a fanta but she'd hung up. She didn't even ask which drink I wanted, I then had I to change it cos she just ordered a coke. I paid, thought the price was a little low, asked whether it was what I ordered, the woman told me yes, with a nod. I drove all the way home only to find it wasn't what I ordered. I went all the way back and asked them to correct it. First they told me I only ordered a quarter pounder medium meal, then they told me that the girl didn't hear me, then one of the staff said that one of them remembered the extra patty after I left! Meaning she did hear me. Feeling it was only right, I asked them to give me the extras for free, because they'd lied to me, given me the wrong meal, and wasted my time and petrol. 20 minutes there and 20 minutes back, plus the 15- 20 minutes I spent with the worst manager that place has ever had. The manager was totally unwilling to see just how much of an inconvenience it was and what they'd cost me. She was the one who lied to me or was just making excuses without caring to investigate and she seemed to be quite amused with the whole thing. I've been going there ever since that McDonalds opened, well I told her I won't be going there again, not while she's in charge. She said with no sincerity and almost a smirk or something like it that's a terrible loss" or something to that effect.The only thing she was willing to do as an apology for not giving me the right order
